At the November term of the Henry County Court, Daniel Farley, Justice of the Peace, reported that
he had received the following fines for breach of peace; Adam Cocandofer - $3, Nelson Wright - $3, Foster Hensley - $2; and William Rice - $2. He paid the total amount to the court.
John Stubbins presented the Court with a claim of $5 for keeping the stray pen for one year. The claim was paid by the court on Nov. 2, 1812.
