Why did you get into coaching?

My dad coached every sport all the time. There is nothing I enjoy more than coaching other than time with my family.

What is your coaching philosophy?

Have fun, put everything you got into it and always try to improve every day.

What has been the highlight of your athletic career?

I loved playing sports. That is where I felt at home; on a basketball court, soccer field or baseball field. Every day was a highlight for me.

If you could have a couple of hours with any great coaching legend past or present who would it be? Why?

Chuck Noll for sure. He was the greatest coach of all time.

What’s the biggest piece of advice you have for your players?

Play sports all the time. You will miss it some day.
