Children’s Story and Craft hour every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Pleasureville Christian Church. Also, the community library at the church is open to the public from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Eminence T-Ball sign ups will continue until Friday, April 24. Forms may be picked up at the Eminence Schools office from Mrs. McClamroch. The cost is $30 and ages are 4 to 7. Play will begin the first week of June.

Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon meet at 8 p.m. at the Eminence Baptist Church. The group will also meet Sunday, April 26 at 7 p.m. at Henry County Library and Tuesday, April 28 at 8 p.m. at Eminence Methodist Church. All of these meetings are non-smoking.
A New Direction in Life, a Christian support group for alcohol/drugs or other addictions will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Eminence.
Point Pleasant Christian Church will hold revival through Sunday, April 26. Guest speaker will be Dr. Lon Oliver, associate regional minister Kentucky Appalachian Minister, Song Leader will be Toby Nutt, son of Hee Haw’s Grady Nutt. The High School Junior ROTC will hold its annual Dining Out from 6:30 to 10 p.m. The event will be held in the Henry County Middle School Commons area and approx. 200 guests are expected. Ye Merrie Melodious Dulcimers will be in concert in the fellowship hall at the Eminence Christian Church at 4 p.m. The musicians will perform on dulcimers, hammered dulcimers, guitars and other instruments as well. Several soloists will also perform with the group.

The Eminence Christian Church will have an “A+ Shred Event” on the church grounds. You may bring personal or business documents that you need to dispose of in a safe manner. There is no cost for the service but donations will be accepted. Will also accept credit cards, cds and floppy discs for shredding. Everything is 100 percent recycled.
