Wednesday, February 10

Karate classes will be held at the Community Center from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Children’s Story and Craft hour every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Pleasureville Christian Church. Also, the community library at the church is open to the public.

Eastern Elementary SBDM Council will met at 4 p.m. in the school library.

The Henry County Band will be selling Little Caesar’s Pizza, cookie dough and pie kits through March 5. You may order from any band student or email Margie at mfassio@insightbb.com to place your order. The proceeds from the fundraiser go toward the purchase of music, repairs and supplies needed by all students.

Friday, February 12

Alcoholics Anonymous  meet at 8 p.m. at the Eminence Baptist Church. This group, along with Al-Anon, will also meet Sunday, February 14 at 7 p.m. at Henry County Library and Tuesday, February 16 at 8 p.m. at Eminence Methodist Church. All of these meetings are non-smoking.

A New Direction in Life, a Christian support group for alcohol/drugs or other addictions will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Eminence.

Saturday, February 13

AA meeting at 8 p.m. at the Pleasureville City Hall building. These meetings will be non smoking.

The Kentucky Stamp Club will hold its February meeting at 2 p.m. at the Memorial Baptist Church, 130, Holmes Street, Frankfort. For more information contact Beck Pegram at (502) 803-8788.

Sunday, February 14

The KY Cowboy Church will hold praise and worship services every Sunday at 6 p.m. For more information Call (502) 845-7897.

Monday, February 15

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting  at 11 a.m. at New Castle Christian Church. Please enter through the green door.

The County Kickers Line Dancing Group will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. on Mondays at the 4-H building at the Henry County Fairgrounds in New Castle. The group will be going back to the basics on Thursday evenings where you can join them for step by step instructions from 6 to 7 p.m. for beginner line dancing and advanced from 7 to 8 p.m. For more information contact Darlene Tipton at (502) 947-5160 or (502) 750-0954.

Twin Oaks Assisted Living will be hosting Donna Duncan, of the Ky. Heritage Quilt Society at 10 a.m. for the annual trunk show. Public is invited to attend.

Sunday, February 21

A farewell reception is being held in honor of Sister Sharon Fields from 2 to 4 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the Eminence Christian Church. Anyone who would like to bid Sister Sharon farewell and extend wishes is invited to attend.

Monday, February 22

Eminence middle and high school SBDM meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the school library.
