Wednesday, January 20

Karate classes will be held at the Community Center from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Children’s Story and Craft hour every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Pleasureville Christian Church. Also, the community library at the church is open to the public.

The American Red Cross will have a blood drive at the Henry County Library from 2 to 6 p.m.

Thursday, January 21

The CASA advisory council meeting will be held at the KY Farm Bureau bldg in LaGrange at 5 p.m.

Third Thursday Family Movie Night at the Henry County Public Library at 6:30 p.m. All ages welcome. Snacks provided. For more information call (502) 845-5682.

Friday, January 22

Alcoholics Anonymous  meet at 8 p.m. at the Eminence Baptist Church. This group, along with Al-Anon, will also meet Sunday, January 24 at 7 p.m. at Henry County Library and Tuesday, January 26 at 8 p.m. at Eminence Methodist Church. All of these meetings are non-smoking.

A New Direction in Life, a Christian support group for alcohol/drugs or other addictions will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Eminence.

Pleasureville United Methodist Church will be having a Family Game Night from 6 to 9 p.m.

Saturday, January 23

AA meeting at 8 p.m. at the Pleasureville City Hall building. These meetings will be non smoking.

Donna Duncan, local resident and member of the Kentucky Heritage Quilt Society, will bring a wide array of quilts from the Kentucky Heritage Quilt Society rotating collection to be shown and displayed at the Eminence Christian Church in its fellowship hall.

Sunday, January 24

Monday, January 25

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting  at 11 a.m. at New Castle Christian Church. Please enter through the green door.

The County Kickers Line Dancing Group will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. on Mondays at the 4-H building at the Henry County Fairgrounds in New Castle. The group will be going back to the basics on Thursday evenings where you can join them for step by step instructions from 6 to 7 p.m. for beginner line dancing and advanced from 7 to 8 p.m. For more information contact Darlene Tipton at (502) 947-5160 or (502) 750-0954.

Tuesday, January 26

Grace Fellowship of LaGrange will hold midweek services at 6:30 p.m. in the Ramada Inn meeting room. These services will be held every Tuesday.

The Henry County Family Resource and Youth Services Center (FRYSC) will be holding their advisory council meeting at 11:30 a.m. at the Henry County Library. The public is welcome to attend. Please call (502) 845-0334 or (502) 845-8608 to reserve your spot.

The Mobile Pantry will be at Henry County Fairgrounds from 3 to 6 p.m. or as long as supplies last. Please bring Id and or recent mail to confirm your address. Must live in Henry County.
