Wednesday, January 28

Karate classes will be held at the Community Center from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Children’s Story and Craft hour every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Pleasureville Christian Church. Also, the community library at the church is open to the public from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Thursday, January 29

TOPS 298 will meet at Orville Baptist Church. Weigh in 4 p.m. New members welcome. Open house will begin at 5 p.m. following meeting.

Friday, January 30

Alcoholic’s Anonymous and Al-Anon meet at 8 p.m. at the Eminence Baptist Church. The group will also meet Sunday, February 1 at 7 p.m. at Henry County Library and Tuesday, February 3 at 8 p.m. at Eminence Methodist Church. All of these meetings are non-smoking.

A New Direction in Life, a Christian support group for alcohol/drugs or other addictions will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Eminence.

Saturday, January 31

AA meeting at 8 p.m. at the Pleasureville City Hall building. These meetings will be non smoking.

Sunday, February 1

Contemporary worship at New Castle First Baptist Church will now be held at 5 p.m. on Sundays. For more information call (502) 845-2355 or visit on the web at www.ncfirstbaptist.org.

The KY Cowboy Church will hold praise and worship services every Sunday at 6 p.m. For more information Call (502) 845-7897.

Monday, February 2

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting  at 11 a.m. at New Castle Christian Church. Please enter through the green door.

Tuesday, February 3

The Alateen “Together We Can Make It” group will meet at 8 p.m. at the Methodist

Church in Eminence.

Henry County Retired Teachers will meet at 1:30 p.m. at the Henry County Library.

Orders for Angel Food Ministries will be accepted at New Castle Christian Church from 9 a.m. to noon. Orders will be taken again on Thursday, Feb. 5, Tuesday, Feb. 10, at the same times, and from 7 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11.

Wednesday, February 4

The Henry County Middle School SBDM council will meet at 4 p.m. in the Henry County Middle School conference room.

Eastern Elementary SBDM council will meet at 4 p.m. in the school library.

Saturday, February 7

Sunday, February 8

The grief support group for people dealing with the loss of a loved one or close friend will meet at 3 p.m. at Henry Christian Church. The group meets the second Sunday of every month.

Tuesday, February 10
