Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon meet at 8 p.m. at the Eminence Baptist Church. The group will also meet Sunday, July 20, at 7 p.m. at Henry County Library and Tuesday, July 22, at 8 p.m. at Eminence Methodist Church. All of these meetings are non-smoking.
A New Direction in Life, a Christian support group for alcohol/drugs or other addictions will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Eminence.

Sunday, July 20
Evening services will now be offered at First Presbyterian Church in Eminence. Dress Casual for worship from 6 to 7 p.m.
Regular services will be held at Grubridge Community Church at 2:30 p.m.
Toby Nutt will speak at Point Pleasant Christian Church at 10 a.m. He will play some tapes that his father, Grady Nutt, minister and regular on Hee Haw, made before being killed in a plane crash. After worship at 11 a.m. there will be a potluck meal. Also from 4 to 6 p.m. they will have their Vacation Bible School kick off. Parents and children are invited to come share fun, food and fellowship and begin an exciting week in “God’s Big Back Yard.” Bring your lawn chairs. VBS is nightly from 6 to 8:30 p.m. July 21-25 with supper being served at 6 p.m.

The Alateen “Together We Can Make It” group will meet at 8 p.m. at the Methodist Church in Eminence.

A two-day Vacation Bible School will be held at Pleasureville Christian Church with the theme: “Beach Party - Surfin through the Scriptures.” On the 25th supper will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. and VBS from 6 to 8 p.m. On Saturday, the 26th, VBS will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. with a program at 11:30 a.m and lunch beginning at noon. A dedication ceremony for the new Campbellsburg United Methodist Church building will be held at 8043 Main Street, Campbellsburg at 2 p.m. Everyone is invited.
