Wednesday, November 12

Karate classes will be held at the Community Center from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Children’s Story and Craft hour every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Pleasureville Christian Church. Also, the community library at the church is open to the public from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Orders for Angel Food Ministries will be taken at New Castle Christian Church from 9 a.m. until noon.

Henry County Care Team coalition meeting will be held from 12-1 p.m. at the Henry County Public Library. RSVP for lunch.

Thursday, November 13

TOPS 298 will meet at Orville Baptist Church. Weigh in 4:30 p.m. and meeting at 5 p.m. New members welcome.

The Campbellsburg Elementary School Site-Based Council will meet at 4 p.m. in the school library. Everyone is invited.

Friday, November 14

Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon meet at 8 p.m. at the Eminence Baptist Church. The group will also meet Sunday, November 16 at 7 p.m. at Henry County Library and Tuesday, November 18 at 8 p.m. at Eminence Methodist Church. All of these meetings are non-smoking.

A New Direction in Life, a Christian support group for alcohol/drugs or other addictions will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Eminence.

Shimmy Bellydancing Workshop  will be held at Shelby Fit for Life. Cost is $15 per person. Call for information 647-7867.

Eastern Elementary Fall Festival will be held from 5-8 p.m. Dinner served starting at 5 p.m. Game rooms start at 6 p.m. Live auction starts at 8 p.m.

Campbellsburg Woman’s Club will meet at 12:30 p.m. at the home of Betty Ransdell for potluck Thanksgiving dinner.  Please let hostess know if you can not attend.

National Gaming Day at the Henry County Public Library from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Rock Band 2 Tournament, registration begins at 11 a.m. and tournament begins at 11:30 a.m. Board games and Wii bowling.
