Donald Bell Sr., age 73 of Horse Cave, formerly of Shelbyville, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.

He is survived by his wife, Modinea Bell, Horse Cave; daughters: Ginny Middleton, Shelbyville; Brenda Wood, Smithfield; Pam Reynolds, Hart County; sons: Sam Bell, Shelbyville and Bobby G. Bell, Cub Run.
