EADES wins MaC grant

Kevin Eades, a teacher at Henry County Middle School, received a 2012 MAC Grant from McDonald’s Restaurants of Kentuckiana on Monday. The grant program rewards middle school teachers for innovation and creativity in the classroom by providing funding for hands-on learning activities. Eades will buy heart monitors for his students to use in his physical eduation class.  These monitors will help students understand their fitness level, and therefore be able to create an exercise routine that matches his or her fitness level.
