Eastern Elementary hosts a Turkey Trot

More than 100 people attended the Eastern Elementary School Turkey Trot 5K and everyone enjoyed the beautiful weather. Principal Sharon Bright kept her promise to kiss a pig if 100 people attended. Third grade teacher Britttany Marshall fulfilled her part and brought in a pig, straight from the barn. Above, left, Diana O’Toole (right) congratulates Eric Phillips, winner of the adult division.
