Eminence city officials took a cue from a loud music complaint from a citizen in May to study whether a noise ordinance may help provide relief, though it may not go any further than a feasibility study.
After a citizen told the council that a nearby restaurant featuring live bands creates “unbearable” noise, city officials asked Council member Leo Mason and attorney Bill Brammell to study ordinances from other places and see how well they hold up in court.
