Eurith Self

Eurith Black Self, age 83 of Saint Matthews died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville. She was the daughter of the late George Morris and Rosa Bell Webb Black.
She is survived by her son, Roy “Tony” Self and daughter, Sonja Dineene Bradley, both of Louisville.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville. The Rev. Don Waterfill will officiate. Interment will be in Pleasureville Cemetery. Visitation was from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home.
