Former EHS player named coach at Morehead State

After five seasons as an assistant basketball coach at Jacksonville State University, Joel VanMeter has recently accepted the position as an assistant at Morehead State University for the upcoming season.

VanMeter graduated from Eminence High School in 1993 and Morehead State in 2000. He also coached at Chipola Junior College in Florida, Iowa Central Community College in Iowa and St. Catherine College in Kentucky.
