HC Middle and Elementary Schools Rumble in the Jungle results

The Henry County middle and elementary teams participated in the North Oldham Rumble in the Jungle Saturday, Sept. 8.

Eighth grader Brandon Handley medaled in the boys’ middle school race finishing 33rd in a field of 247 runners. He covered the 3k course in 12:27.

Eighth grader Lily Golden finished 16th in the girls’ middle school race with a time of 13:10. Sixth grader Sydney Amyx also medaled finishing 49th in a time of 14:20 in the field of 215 runners.
