Henry County Cross Country team preps for regional championship

The Class 2A, Region 3 Championship was a record-breaking affair for coach Ricky Drawbaugh and his Henry County Cats last season.

Henry displayed a perfect peak as nine of its 11 runners set personal records, the boys' team qualified for the KHSAA State Cross Country Championships for the second consecutive year, and Brittany Crawford and Cassey Fischer qualified individually. Now, a year later, the second-year head coach wants his team to duplicate last year's feat.
