Highlands Renaissance Festival to host Halloween events

By Jonna Spelbring PriesterGeneral ManagerSomething spooky comes this way as the Highland Renaissance Festival grounds play host to three Halloween events, turning the Festival grounds into a haunted forest.From October 26-28, the Kentucky Renaissance Faire will host the Highland Halloween Festival, featuring a haunted forest tour, games and prizes, a jumping castle and arts and crafts provided by the Henry County Crafts Guild.The second event - an interactive murder mystery dinner - will run concurrently with the Halloween Festival. "The Spirit for Murder" will run from 7 to 9 p.m.
