Howard Bryant, 96

Howard Bryant, age 96 of Shelbyville, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, at Jewish Hospital Shelbyville. He was the son of the late Joe and Anna Hughes Bryant.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Sutherland Wilson Bryant, Shelbyville.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at the Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville. Reverend Jessie Baxter officiated. Interment was in Mount Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, at the funeral home.
