Steve Edward McFarland,72, of Sulphur, was indicted for 4 counts of 1st degree TICS, 10 or more dose units, all class C felonies each punishable by five to 10 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, by distributing, selling, or transferring, or possessing with intent to distribute, sell or transfer, ten or more dose units of methadone, a schedule II narcotic.
