Lady Warriors' season comes to an end

After two and a half innings of play, the Eminence softball team’s season came to a screeching halt Monday night in the opening round of the 30th District tournament.

Playing the defending district champs, and one of the top teams in the entire 8th Region, the young Lady Warriors were no match for the overpowering Shelby County squad as the Lady Rockets went up early and cruised in for the 19-0 victory.
