In a game of back-and-forth, up-and-down runs, the host Henry County Ladycats held off Kentucky Country Day Friday night in a two-point thriller, 37-35.
The see-saw contest went back and forth until Henry went ahead for good with 16 seconds left off a Jessica Booher three-pointer. The Ladycats, who showed signs of breaking open the game before allowing KCD back into the contest several times, made their final move with 30 seconds remaining, which was enough to earn their fifth win of the season.
