We hope you had a wonderful holiday!  2011 is off to a great start here at the library.

January is National Blood Donation Month. The need is great, so stop by the library to donate from 2-6 p.m., on Thursday, Jan. 6.
Story time is back on Mondays at 10 a.m., featuring books, songs and crafts!

Lego Club will meet from 1-2:30 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 8.
If you’re 13-18 years old, you won’t want to miss Teen Open Gaming from 6:30 to 8 p.m., on Thursday, Jan. 13

Senior Club will be back from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 18. Senior club activities include games, crafts, socialization, snacks, and fun!
This month we’re having some great events for all ages. Check out our women’s self defense class, which will not only provide women with valuable information, but give them the confidence necessary to survive a dangerous situation. This class is at 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 15.  Reservations are required.

Another great program for adults is our piece quilting class.  This class will be taught in two parts, starting at 6 p.m. on  Jan. 10 and 24. Reservations are also required for this event and students are responsible for quilting materials.

For more information about these events and others, visit us online at www.henrylibrary.org, give us a call at 845-5682, or stop by and say hello at 172 Eminence Terrace, Eminence.
