Free exercise classes demonstrating Body Recall a program for the over 50 crowd that improves range of motion, circulation, flexibility and balance will be held at the Henry County Extension Office from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., July 29, Aug. 5, 12, 19 and 26.
