Madilynn Debaun, infant

Madilynn Lee Debaun, 3 months old, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She is survived by her parents, Jonathan Robert and Latasha Ann Debaun, Glencoe.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, at the Worthville Baptist Church in Worthville. Cremation has been chosen by the family.

Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
