We all know that breakfast is important so, what can we do to improve our chances of consuming a healthy breakfast before we face the world? We need to plan ahead. Just like we pack lunches the night before and set up our crock-pot for supper, we need to plan for our morning meals.
Steps to Breakfast Success:
• Add breakfast items to your grocery list: oats, whole grain cereals, fresh, frozen, dried and/or canned fruits and veggies, low-fat cheese, and skim milk, almond, soy, or coconut milk and light yogurt.
