Money from misfortune

I was so greatly incensed at the vitriolic and unethical remarks in Joe Yates letter to the editor about (former) Congressman Geoff Davis. I and most of his constituents, it would seem, that have put him back in office have greatly approved of Congressman Davis’ very professional job done as a Congressman for his district. He has certainly been a watchdog against the very liberal efforts of our present administration in Washington.
If you have been reading the Henry County Local, especially the page on foreclosures, you would have noted that Joe Yates is the attorney that presides over those closures. It would seem that he is making his living off of poor people’s misfortunes.
I personally do not have a vendetta against Mr. Yates, but could not stand by and have our Honorable Congressman Geoff Davis trashed as Mr. Yates did in his letter to the editor. Congressman Davis, I am sure, knows more about that very socialist bill known as Obamacare than we do out here in the field, and have tried to keep us informed. Therefore, I ask if you have read Mr. Yates’ letter about our good Congressman, who not only served us well as our representative to Washington, but also served our country for 12 years, then may you too respond.
