Mustangs win again

The Henry County Mustangs played in the Baseball Bonanza Tournament in Georgetown Aug. 4 and 5. They won all 5 games and captured first place. The Mustangs hit 11 home runs and scored 49 runs. Bryce Jackson, Jaydon Berry and Bobby Crisp were the first three hitters in the line-up and had 30 hits in 40 at-bats for a .750 batting percentage throughout the tournament. Jaydon Berry led the team in hitting with 4 home runs, he also pitched 9 innings, striking out 19 batters and winning two games.
