Donald and Missy Browning Phillips were united in marriage on June 9, 2012 at the Apple Patch Chapel in Crestwood. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Chaplin Bobby King. Bridesmaids were Amegan Zaring, daughter of the bride, Lisa Phillips, daughter of the groom, Holly Hardin, daughter-in-law of the bride. Best man was Donald Phillips, son of the groom. Groomsmen were Timothy Hardin, son of the bride, Zeb Zaring, son-in-law of the bride, Eric Jones and Shane O’nan. Music was “Endless Love.” A reception was held at the home of the bride’s daughter with DJ Eric Jones.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Aline Mounce of Cincinnati, Ohio and the late DL Browning. She is employed with Apple Patch in Crestwood.
The groom is the son of Barbara Phillips of Shelbyville and Donald and Marty Phillips of New Castle. He is employed with Stockyard Farm and Dairy in Louisville.
After a honeymoon to Butler Park, the couple now resides in Shelbyville.
