Count 2: Watson was indicted as a 1st degree PFO, in part because on 9/10/03, he was convicted of 1st degree OCS and sentenced to 3 years with the DOC; and on 6/6/04, he was convicted of 4th degree assault, 3rd offense or greater, and sentenced to 5 years with the DOC.

Shelbie Brown, 30, of Pleasureville, was indicted for 2nd degree burglary, a class C felony punishable by five to 10 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when with the intent to commit a crime, she knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling at 1054 Banta’s Fork Road in Pleasureville.

Kelsie L. Gilley, 29, of Bedford, was indicted for 2nd degree burglary, a class C felony punishable by five to 10 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when with the intent to commit a crime, she knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling at 1054 Banta’s Fork road, in Pleasureville.

Richard L. ClementsJr., 46, of Nicholasville, was indicted for theft by failure to make required disposition of property over $500, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he obtained property, namely money, upon agreement or subject to a known legal obligation to make specified payment or other disposition whether from such property or its proceeds or from his own property to be reserved in equivalent amounts and then intentionally dealt with the proceeds as his own and failed to make the required payment or disposition, the value of which property exceeded $500. Count 2: Clements was indicted as a 2nd degree PFO, in part because on 7/5/06, he was convicted of the TBUT, and sentenced to 5 years with the DOC.

Jeffrey Wheeler, 28, of Smithfield, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he persistently failed to provide support which he could reasonably provide and which he knew he had a duty to provide to a minor, which failure resulted in arrearage of not less than $1,000.
