Count 3: Hall also was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, a class C felony punishable by five to 10 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when after having  been convicted of a felony offense, he was in possession of a handgun. Justin Pulliam, 27, of Shelbyville was indicted for 1st degree burglary, a class B felony punishable by 10 to 20 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when with the intent to commit a crime, he knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a building at 480 Lecompte Bottom Road, Pleasureville, while armed with a deadly weapon.

Matthew Crowe, 38, of Pleasureville was indicted for trafficking in marijuana over 8 ounces, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he knowingly and unlawfully trafficked in marijuana over 8 ounces.

Eric Shuffitt, 31, of La Grange was indicted for 1st degree POCS, 1st offense, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he knowingly and unlawfully possessed methamphetamine, a controlled substance. Count 2: Shuffitt also was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when he had in his possess objects used and intended for use, or designed for use in ingesting, inhaling otherwise introducing controlled substances into the human body. Count 3: Shuffitt was indicted for possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $250, when he knowingly and unlafwully possessed marijuana. Count 4: Shuffitt was indicted for public intoxication in a public place, 1st offense, a class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $250, when he appeared in public manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance to the degree that he was danger to himself or other persons or property, and was unreasonably annoying persons in his vicinity.

Sherri Rothman, 26, of La Grange, was indicted for 1st degree POCS, 1st offense, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000,, when she knowingly and unlawfully possessed methamphetamine, a controlled substance. Count 2: Rothman was indicted for possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when she had in her possession objects used, intended for use, or designed for use in ingesting, in haling, or otherwise introducing controlled substances into the human body. Count 3: Rothman was indicted for 2nd degree POCS, 1st offense, a class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when she knowingly and unlawfully possessed amphetamine, a schedule II nonnarcotic. Rothman was indicted for 2nd degree POCS, 1st offense, a class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when she knowingly and unlawfully possessed burprenorphine, a Schedule III non-narcotic. Count 5: Rothman also was indicted for 3rd degree POCS, 1st offense a class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when she knowingly and unlawfully possessed alprazolam, a Schedule IV controlled substance. Tolson Jr., 38, of Pleasureville, was indicted for TBUT over $500, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof, namely a saddle belonging to Glenn Smith.

Jacob Brown, 32, of New Castle was indicted for 1st degree wanton endangerment, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of a human life, he wantonly engaged in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person. Count 2: Brown also was indicted for 1st degree criminal mischief, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when, having no right to do so or any reasonable ground to believe that he had such right, he intentionally or wantonly defaced, destroyed or damaged any property causing pecuniary loss of $1,000 or more. Count 3: Brown also was indicted for leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid, a class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when he was the operator of a motor vehicle which was involved in an accident resulting in damage to a vehicle driven by Dessie Brown, he failed to stop and ascertain the extent of injury and render reasonable assistance.

Spratlin, 40, of La Grange, was indicted for 6 counts of 2nd degree Criminal possession of a forged instrument., all class D felonies felonies each punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he possessed forged checks (Nos. 1167, 1175, 1199, 1191, 1282, and 1006) in the amounts of ($100, $120, $150, $150, $135 and $140.15), all drawn on the account of Jimmie Spratlin, with the knowledge that they were forged and with the intent do defraud, deceive and injury another.

Spratlin, 40, La Grange was indicted for 10 counts of 2nd degree CPFI, all class D felonies felonies each punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he possessed forged checks (Nos. 1165, 1164, 1174, 525, 1198, 1195, 1196, 1197, 1287 and 1298) in the amounts of $110, $110, $180, $110, $150, $200, $180, $180, $120 and $150, all drawn on the account of Jimmie Spratlin, with knowledge that they were forged and with the intent to defraud, deceive and injury another.
