  • Ricky Doyle II, 33, La Grange, was indicted for receiving stolen property under $10,000, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000,, when he received, retained or disposed of movable property of another, knowing or having reason to believe it to have been stolen. Count 2: Doyle also was indicted for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, BAC .08, aggravator, 2nd offense, a Class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $250, when he operated or was in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or any other substance which impaired his driving ability and refused to submit to any test of blood, breath or urine requested by an officer. Count 3: Doyle was indicted for operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, a Class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $250, when he operated a motor vehicle on a public highway after his driving privilege was suspended.
  • Catherine Jean Fultz, 33, La Grange was indicted for receiving stolen property under $10,000, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when she received, retained or disposed of movable property of another, knowing or having reason to believe it to have been stolen. Counts 2-3, Fultz also was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance, 1st offense, both Class D felonies each punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when she knowingly and unlawfully possessed methadone and dilaudid, both schedule II narcotics. Count 4, Fultz was indicted for 2nd degree possession of a controlled substance, 1st offense, a Class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when she knowingly and unlawfully possessed hydrocodone, a Schedule III controlled substance.
  • Austin Spenneberg, 25, Owenton, was indicted for 4 counts of 2nd degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, all Class D felonies each punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he possessed forged checks drawn on the account of Juanita Osborne ($400) at First Farmers Bank; Amanda Ayers ($150, $220 and $150) at United Citizens Bank; with the knowledge that they were forged and with the intent to defrauded, deceive and injure another.
  • Justin R. Johnson, 24, of Pleasureville, was indicted for TBUT/disp - shoplifting a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof.
  • Gary Ray Bailey, 55, of Eminence was indicted for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, a class C felony punishable by five to 10 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when after having been convicted of a felony offense, he was in possession of a handgun. Count 2: Bailey also was indicted as a 1st degree PFO, in part because on 4/9/05, in Henry County, he was convicted of 1st degree POCS, and sentenced to 2.5 years with the DOC, and on 4/29/05, in Henry County, he was convicted of 1st degree POCS, and sentenced to 2.5 years with the DOC; and on 8/24/04, he was convicted of flagrant nonsupport and sentenced to 5 years with the DOC; and on 9/12/89, he was convicted of 1st degree wantone endangerment, and sentenced to 3 years with the DOC.
  • Sherry Lynn Johnson, 41, of Pleasureville, was indicted for TBUT/disp - shoplifting, a Class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when she took or excised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof.
  • David Richardson, 51, address not listed, was indicted for 2nd degree sodomy, a Class C felony punishable by five to 10 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when, being 18 years of age or more, he engaged in deviant sexual intercourse with a minor, DOB 6/18/81, a person less than 14 years of age. Count 2: Richardson also was indicted for 1st degree sexual abuse, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he had sexual contact with a minor, DOB 6/18/81, by forcible compulsion.
  • James Lee Huff, 34, of La Grange, was indicted for TBUT/Auto, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another, namely a 1953 GMC flatbed truck belonging to Ed Rockwell.
  • Ricky Lee Robinson, 52, of New Castle, was indicted for TBUT, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof, namely a 1995 Geo belonging to Mike Mefford. Count 2: Robinson was indicted for criminal attempt to commit TBUT (auto) a class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for up to 12 months and/or a fine of up to $500, when he attempted to take or exercise control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof, namely a 1994 Toyota belonging to Mike Mefford. count 3: Robinson was indicted as a 1st degree PFO, in part because on 12/8/11 in Henry County, he was convicted of TBUT and sentenced to 5 years with the DOC; and on 4/27/01 in Henry County, he was convicted of theft of property, lost, mislaid or delivered by mistaken, and sentenced to 1 year with the DOC; on 12/3/99 in Henry County, he was convicted of receiving stolen property over $300 enhanced by 2nd degree PFO, and sentenced to 10 years with the DOC; and on 8/1/91 in Henry County, he was convicted of 3rd degree burglary and TBUT over $100, as enhanced by 2nd degree PFO, and sentenced to 10 years with the DOC; and on 1/15/83, he was convicted of receiving stolen property over $100, and sentenced to 2 years with the DOC.
