David Neil Palmer, 40, of Campbellsburg, was indicted for flagrant nonsupport, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he persistently failed to provide support which he could reasonably provide and which he knew he had a duty to provide to a minor, which failure resulted in an arrearage of not less than $1,000.

Chad J. Griffin, 32, of Louisville, was indicted for 1st degree fleeing or evading police, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when with the intent to elude or flee, while in a motor vehicle, he knowingly disobeyed an order to stop given by a person recognized to be a police officer, and therefore creating a substantial risk of serious physical injury or death to any person or property. Count 2: Griffin also was indicted for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, 2nd offense, a class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $250, when he operated or was in physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or any other substance which impaired his driving ability. Count 3: Griffin also was indicted for possession of an open alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle, a violation, when he had in his possession an open alcohol beverage container in the passenger area of a motor vehicle located on a public highway or on the right-of-way of a public highway. Count 4: Griffin was indicted for reckless driving, a violation, when he operated a motor vehicle without regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrians and other vehicles upon the highway. Count 5: Griffin was indicted for no/expired KY registration receipt, a violation, when he operated a motor vehicle without the registration receipt issued by the cabinet through the county clerk.

Heather Renee Hall, 28, of Louisville, was indicted for 2nd degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when she possessed a forged automobile title, with knowledge that it was forged and with the intent to defraud, deceive and injure another.

LeGree, 22, of Louisville, was indicted for 2nd degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he possessed a forged automobile title, with knowledge that it was forged and with the intent to defraud, deceive and injure another. Count 2: Legree was indicted for TBUT, over $500, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof. Count 3: Legree was indicted as a 2nd degree persistent felony offender, in part because on 11/30/09, he was convicted of 2nd degree burglary and sentenced to 5 years with the DOC.

Brian S. Nation, 31, of Eminence, was indicted for theft by unlawful taking or disposition over $10,000, a class C felony punishable by five to 10 years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and/or a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof, namely wire coils belonging to ACB Metals. Counts 2-18, 17 counts of 3rd degree burglary, all class D felonies each punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when, with the intent to commit a crime, he knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a building at 1800 Ballardsville Road, Eminence.

Jason Willard Payton, 32, of New Castle, was indicted for RBUT/disp over $500, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof.

Robert Michael Sharp, 39, of New Castle, was indicted for TBUT over $500, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof.

Sean M. Dunlavy, 27, of La Grange was indicted for TBUT from vehicle, a class D felony punishable by one to five years in prison and a fine of $1,000 to $10,000, when he took or exercised control over movable property of another with intent to deprive them thereof, name a ARE truck topper belonging to Claude Oberholtzer.
