P&Z Board of Adjustment suspends Hillz-N-Hollarz permit for 60 days

In a split vote, the Henry County Planning and Zoning Commission's Board of Adjustments temporarily suspended a conditional use permit, effectively shutting down a local business for 60 days.

The move came at the end of a two-hour meeting in which Board of Adjustment members reviewed the entire conditional use permit — originally granted in June of last year — as well as a list of complaints and violations.
