Response to Letter by Dr. Steven D. White

The letter by Dr. White on Oct. 6 presented numerous questions and comments.  The following will provide responses to some of the questions, and provide further detail relative to various comments.

First, the Henry County Economic Development Council has a board which is represented by many individuals with various backgrounds and responsibilities.  Their backgrounds include county government, city governments, banking, public utilities, local schools, chamber of commerce, local business, real estate, etc.  You can find out more about this organization at www.henrycokyed.com.
