Santa will be visiting Henry County after Eminence's Light Up Celebration

I am a bit upset with the inaccuracy reported in an article in last week’s edition about my apperances in Henry County. Yes, Santa Claus will be at the Eminence Light Up Celebration on Dec. 1. But this is not Santa’s last visit to Henry County for this year. For the last 51 years, my final appearance in Henry County has been on Christmas Eve day for the New Castle Lions Club’s Toy Party. I will visit that event again this year. The Lions Toy Party will begin at 2 p.m. at the New Castle Christian Church. Also at this event will be Mrs. Claus and one or two elves.
