Scott Hill, a junior defensive lineman for Division III Emory and Henry College, has amassed multiple honors for the 2012-2013 football season in Emory, Va.
As a starter on defense, Scott had 50 tackles for the season with four tackles for a loss.
He also broke up two passes and had a pair of quarterback hurries in addition to a recovered fumble in the first winning season for the Wasps since 2009.
At the end of the season, Hill was awarded the following honors: Defensive second team All Old Dominion Athletic conference, Roanoke Times All State Second team, a team comprised of NCAA Division II, III and NAIA squads, and he was also selected to the 2012 VASID All-State College Division Football team.
Hill is the son of Martha and Randy Hill of Jefferson, Ga., and the grandson of George and Nina Mason of New Castle.
