Thanks for the support and the opportunity to serve

We, the undersigned employees of Cook’s, express our thanks to Lance Minnis for his letter in the Sept. 19 Local. His letter stated what we and many of our fellow Henry Countians believe to be true. We applaud his insight and courage in bringing this to the attention of those who think CVS coming to Eminence would have no effect on their lives. Perhaps it is too little, too late, but we would hope that Cook’s and other businesses affected by CVS would be able to stay in business and serve Henry County for many years to come. Mr. Minnis, whatever the outcome, you are our friend at Cook’s.
