Too much food, relaxation, turns into no focus

I had the darndest time focusing this weekend. I went through about three different commentaries before I wrote these words..

Maybe it was all the food. You see, I ate more on Thanksgiving Day and in the days following than I normally do. It was just so good.

For my mother and my husband, I prepared a small turkey breast — and I can’t tell you how hard it was to find a small one. The grocery store I went to had a 10 pounder! A ten pound turkey breast! I would hate to have seen the rest of the bird.
