The Henry County Wildcats dropped two baseball games last week to leave them at a still impressive 12-4 mark, but it might have been just what the Cats needed after riding an eight-game winning streak.
“I think our kids hit reality that every game is tough and a battle,” Henry coach Austin Hunsaker said. “We have to stay mentally focused every inning, every bat, every pitch. I think we learned that what we did in previous games doesn’t really matter.”
