    Nattalee Irene Webb was the first baby born at Baptist Hospital Northeast in 2013. She is the daughter of Tina Kemp, shown, and Ricky Webb of New Castle. She was born at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2. She weighed 7 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19 1/4 inches long. Nattalee Irene is also welcomed by her two siblings: Courtney Webb, 14, and Phillip Deaton, 12.
