Moises and Maricela Gomez of Brownsville, Texas,  announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage  of their daughter, Marlene Serrata Gomez, to Major Shane Alvin Crask, son of Garnett and Marcia Crask of Athens, Alabama.

The groom-elect  is the grandson of Nell Kelley Thomas of Pleasureville and the late Cash R. Thomas. Major Crask is a 1997 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  He is currently serving in the United States Army at Fort Polk, Louisiana. 

David and Mary Smith of Smithfield announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tara Smith of Smithfield to Justin Coombs of Jericho.
The bride-elect is an office manager at Apex Phyiscal Therapy.
The groom-elect is the son of Guy and Ginger Coombs of Jericho. He is a Diesel Mechanic at Oldham County Bus Garage.
The wedding will take place on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, in Shelbyville. The couple will live in Henry County.

Ronald and Toni Crouch of Bedford announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Samantha Joanne Crouch to Joseph Alan Whitaker, son of Cecil and Vicki Whitaker of Pendleton.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Trimble County High School and a 2008 graduate of Sullivan University. She is the granddaughter of Frankie and Donna O’Neal of Bedford.
The groom elect is a 2004 graduate of Henry County High School.  He is the grandson of Bill and Ruth Hughes of Bedford and the late Forrest and Marie Whitaker.

Greg and Sonya Kelley of Eminence announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tiffany Lynn Kelley to Matthew Alan Ridge, son of Dale and Susan Ridge, Louisville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Francis Le. Kelley of Eminence and the late G.W. Kelley. She is a high school graduate from the A Beka Home School Academy. She has studied with the Red Cross where she completed her nursing assistant and CPR certifications through Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
