  • Dills celebrate 50 years

    Richard and Joyce Peyton Dills will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, March 27, 2015. The couple was married in Eminence on March 27, 1965.

     

    They have four children, Ernie Dills and James Dills, both of Eminence, Hazel Dills-Torres, LaGrange and Esther Simpson, Pleasureville.

  • Michael and Tina Lucas of Pleasureville, announce the engagement  and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Leslie to Alexander Hollon, son of Michele Guerin and Patrick and Melanie Hollon.
    The wedding will take place Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 3 p.m. in Pigeon Forge, Tenn with a reception to follow.

    Sligo Baptist Church, North 42 Loop in Pendleton, will host Handshakes and Pancakes on April 18 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Breakfast of coffee, juice, milk, eggs, cheesy grits, pancakes, bacon and sausage will be served free until 10:30 a.m.
