Claude A. “Skip” Berry, III was officially sworn in as a University of Kentucky Trustee on Thursday, July 23.
The swearing in took place on the UK campus and was overseen by Board of Trustees Chairman O. Keith Gannon and UK President, Eli Capilouto.
On June 26, 2015, Berry was appointed by Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear. Berry replaces Carol Martin “Bill” Gatton, who has been made a lifetime honorary trustee. Berry will serve a six-year term ending June 30, 2021.
