Three Christmas-break tournaments took their toll on a relatively young Eminence boys basketball team, who have lost three of their last four games.
But the potential fatigue from the tournaments, head coach Chris Nethery said, is no excuse for the losses.
“We’ve got to play through that,” he said. “That was why we set the schedule up like that.”
Thursday night, The Warriors fell to perennial rival Evangel Christian, 54-43, in a game that had, as Nethery said “ a totally different feel to it.”
