  • EHS wins second round against Cats, 3-0

When the Eminence and Henry County volleyball teams met on Sept. 11, Henry County came out on top in a close 3-1 match.

But on Sept. 27, the Warriors came out on top, on their home court, 3-0.

And this time, it wasn’t quite as close.

The first game of the match was a nail-biter that Eminence won 26-24.

The game was well played, with the widest margin coming at a 12-8 Eminence lead. Henry County Coach Katie Ruff called timeout, which sparked a Lady Cats’ 8-1 run, where they took the lead 16-13.
