That is the question living on Zelcova Drive in Eminence. With our neighboring subdivision, Arbor View, we have a lot of children who play in this area. Not only do we have children playing but we also have dozens of people who walk the bike trail and this road daily. The speed limit on this road is 15 mph. So why, on an every day basis, do we have dozens of cars speeding well over the speed limit? Do the newly installed stop signs boarding the bike trail and Arbor View help? No, they don't. Everyday I witness several cars blowing the stop signs totally.
