Eminence hosted Frederick Fraize Thursday night and used pressure defense and good shooting from beyond the 3-point arc to come away with a 20-point win over the Aces.
The Warriors started slowly and were tied at six with 5:41 left in the opening period. But Mano Saunders hit two free throws at the 5:16 mark to start a 9-2 run to give them a 17-8 lead.
After a Fraize 3-pointer stopped that run, the Warriors scored the last eight points of the first quarter to lead 25-11 going into the second period.
