A vehicle accident was reported on Kentucky Route 146, past Rose Hill Estates in Pendleton on Wednesday. One driver and three passengers were involved, but no fatalities were reported.

The cause of the accident was water on the roadway, causing the vehicle's back tires to lose traction, according to the Henry County Sheriff's Department.

Andre Epps, 41, of Louisville was arrested at the scene of the accident after officers allegedly found methamphetamine in the wrecked vehicle, according to Sgt. Chase DeWitt. He is being charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphilia.
