Rabbit Hole Spirits seeks permit to build in Henry

-A A +A
By Tammy Shaw

Rabbit Hole Spirits Inc., a new distillery in the NuLu section of downtown Louisville, will petition the Henry County Planning and Zoning Department soon for a conditional use permit to build a distillery warehouse in Smithfield for its bourbon.
Rabbit Hole plans to build a rack house off I-71, exit 28, for its bourbon products in phase one after Planning and Zoning approves its request for signage later this month and after 146 acres are purchased. No construction is currently underway.
