The County Fair is upon us, which means it is time to showcase your creativity and talents! Don’t miss out on having your projects and talents displayed at the county fair for fairgoers to view. From arts and crafts to sewing, there is a class for everyone. Below, you will find the open class rules and the full list of categories and classes. The day to enter projects will be on Monday, July 18 from 9 a.m. to noon in the 4-H Building. The Open Class rules are as follows:
All entries are to be made by the exhibitor
The Extension Office, Fair board and volunteers are not responsible for loss or damage.
No exhibitor may enter more than two projects in any one class.
All artwork and photography must be matted and/or framed.
Open Division is open to all age groups, except youth classes.
Premiums ($4 for first place, $3 for second place, and $2 for third place) should be picked up when exhibits are removed.
All projects must be clean-may be disqualified if dirty.
No project having previously won a blue ribbon may be entered.
